Use HelpMeRemember to send yourself reminders. Don’t use it to spam other people or do anything illegal. We try hard to deliver every reminder, but we can’t promise perfection — so don’t rely on HMR alone for anything where a missed reminder is catastrophic. Either of us can end the relationship anytime.
Using HelpMeRemember
HelpMeRemember captures reminders and routes them to the channels you choose. You’re responsible for what you put into it and where you send it. You agree to use it for your own reminders and legitimate work — not to send unsolicited messages to others, harass anyone, or break the law.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it’s been compromised.
Connected channels
When you connect a third-party service (email, Slack, and others), you’re also bound by that service’s terms. HMR only does what you’ve authorized: deliver reminders to the destinations you set. We’re not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of the services you connect.
What we promise — and what we don’t
We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, to the right place. But delivery depends on networks, third-party services, and systems outside our full control. HelpMeRemember is provided “as is.” Don’t depend on it as your only safeguard for anything where a missed reminder causes serious harm — medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical. For those, keep a backup. To the extent the law allows, HelpMeRemember isn’t liable for losses arising from missed, delayed, or misdelivered reminders, or from outages in connected services.
Plans and payment
Personal use is free. Paid plans (billing terms shown at checkout) unlock additional features. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you’ve paid for.
Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk. If we end your account without cause, we’ll give you reasonable notice to export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we’ll give notice before they take effect.
